Apple iPad, iPod, iPhone
All mobile devices on offer by Apple are, thanks to the integrated VoiceOver software, accessible without the need to purchase any additional software. You can use VoiceOver with your iPod, iPhone, iPad operating on the iOS operating system. Once the software was activated all
information shown on the display will be read out to you. The gestures that are used on the integrated touch screens were designed as to also allow a blind person to navigate, select menu items or write text.
Find many helpful Apps, which are easily operated using VoiceOver, in our Apps-Overview.
Information shown on the touch screen can also be translated into Braille using the BraillePen12 or a Handy Tech Braille display. Simply connect an Active Braille, Easy Braille Bluetooth or a Active Star via Bluetooth to your Apple device and you can read the information shown on your Braille display or use the Braille key board to input text and operate.
